This group has to eat more to feel full than average consumption of people.

These are the folks who eat normal amounts during their meals, but are hungry again even though they have just eaten an hour or two ago.

Emotional hunger
People eat for many reasons but some of us lose control over how much we eat in response to our emotions…we have all been there!

Slow burn
Some people do all the right things but just can’t seem to lose weight. These are the people who, unfortunately, have a slow metabolism.
